We enable high-quality seamless WiFi provision across specified areas by taking a number of factors into consideration – client aspirations, busy locations with dwell space, local business, and general amenities – and will adapt our network design accordingly to manage demand.

Our cloud-based control platform enables us to remotely manage your client’s networks, allowing us to quickly determine reasons for customer connection difficulties. Our Support Offices based in Edinburgh, London and Doncaster operate a telephone troubleshooting service for customers in the event of network or connectivity issues.

Inkspotwifi provides clients with a monthly Analytics Report, detailing network traffic and visitor statistics which can then be utilised for marketing and advertising purposes. With real-time access, your analytics dashboard can be tailored to meet your brand specifications via your unique landing page.

In collaboration with our clients, we manage the user experience via AdCard – a unique platform developed in-house to take the login process far beyond a simple landing page. AdCard allows customers to connect with our client’s network by clicking through five customisable slides, which can be used to display a range of content, including 3^rd party advertising. AdCard also serves as an invaluable data capture portal for collecting customer demographics, helping clients to better understand their community.
